Shoe Icons museum is happy to announce a new book by Nazim Mustafaev and Natali Podtelkova - Footwear in the 20th century. History of fashion and design. The new book tells about the development of footwear fashion in the Western world throughout the 20th century, major achievements and stages in design. The book features more than 500 pictures of the shoes and boots as well as fashion illustrations and adverts from the Shoe Icons museum collection.

Shoe Icons museum is happy to present a new book by Jonathan Walford “The Seductive Shoe. Four Centuries of Fashion Footwear.” We are proud to have made a small contribution to the making of this book by lending 31 images of the shoes from our virtual museum collection.

A significant event in the life of the virutal museum "Shoe Icons"!: Natural park and museum "Tzaritzino" has opened an exbibition on costume history with shoes from our collection being shoesn for the first time in real. Whatever the possibilities of the Internet, having the possibility to see the real exhibit is a treat for real connoisseurs.

New shoe museum in Belgium, based on the collection of tribal and ethnic shoes, accumulated by Mr. Habraken. Another part of the collection contains hundreds of pairs of shoes, worn by famous artists all over the world. Museum is housed in a special building, which is in itself a very interesting architectural attraction. The museum is equipped with the best display and communication facilities. This museum is sponsored and maintained by the joint efforts and generous contribution of the Belgian companies Cortina and Fla Europe.
